2. Data collected and how it is used
The contact and service request form collects your name, e-mail address, company if provided, the service required and your message. Mandatory fields allow us to process your request and reply. A date of receipt is attached to each request.
This information is used to prepare a service at your request, answer your questions and follow up on our exchanges. Please do not include sensitive data or identity documents in your message.
The private team area is protected by an internal access code. SEO proposals and content submitted by the team are stored in this private area.
3. Recipients and service providers
Requests can only be viewed by the authorised team, and a notification is sent to contact@az-shipping.com. Lovable Cloud and the technical hosting and e-mail services help run the website. Content entered in the private SEO tool is sent to an artificial intelligence service to generate the requested proposals.
Form data is never published on the website. Technical services may process data outside Togo; contact us for details on processing locations and applicable safeguards.
4. Retention and security
Information is kept to process and follow up on your request, then as required by the business relationship and applicable legal obligations. You may ask for data that is no longer needed to be deleted. Access to requests and to the team area is restricted.
Your browser privacy choice is remembered for 6 months. The team area session expires automatically and can be ended at any time by signing out.
5. Cookies and browser storage
The website uses storage essential to secure sign-in and to remembering your privacy choice. Fonts are served with the website. No optional advertising or audience measurement tool is currently integrated.
The “Manage cookies” button in the footer lets you review your preferences at any time. You can also delete cookies and storage in your browser; this may sign you out and show the privacy notice again. Any future optional tracking will be blocked until you consent.

7. Newsletter and external links
The newsletter link opens your e-mail app to contact info@az-shipping.com. It does not subscribe you automatically and no newsletter is sent from this website. A contact request does not constitute consent to receive promotional communications.
